This is a vintage and highly collectible 2 piece skirt suit from Hattie Carnegie. Both the skirt and jacket are made of a soft black boucle knit. There are shoulder pads and a twill ribbon at the waist for structure and shape definition of the top. The skirt has an elastic waistband and a heavier front panel. The 4 buttons on the front have big blue, chunky rhinestones.
